Gift of Life invites you to the special charity screening of Quiet Life, a powerful drama about a refugee family in crisis by acclaimed Greek director Alexandros Avranas, followed by a Q&A with lead actress Chulpan Khamatova.

Quiet Life is a 2024 drama film that follows a refugee family in Sweden who face trauma when their youngest daughter falls into an unexplained coma after their asylum is denied. The parents struggle to find a cure, their resilience tested amid difficult circumstances. Starring Chulpan Khamatova, Grigoriy Dobrygin, Naomi Lamp, and Miroslava Pashutina, the film premiered at the 81st Venice International Film Festival (August 2024) and has already sparked international discussion.

Following the screening, you will have a unique opportunity to join a live Q&A session with Chulpan Khamatova, who will share insights about her role and the film’s creation, and answer questions from the audience.
