Give the gift of life this festive season
We bet you know that sending traditional greeting cards is a time consuming and costly thing. Gift of Life has something better for you.
Send our festive charity e-card created by a little artist – a child who received cancer treatment under the charity’s care. It’s times quicker, better for the environment and helps us raise funds for cancer medications for children.
How it works:
• Donate the cost of a traditional card or present to this appeal.
• Receive a link with a .PDF e-card to your email.
• Share it with your friends and family in place of or as an addition to a physical present.
• Post it on social media and spread the word about the Gift of Life’s mission.
Since 2011, Gift of Life has helped over 570 children and young people with cancer and serious blood diseases. Every pound makes a difference when we’re raising funds to purchase vital medication and help our young patients stay alive.
£100 covers the cost of one pack of Probenecid, a medication that helps maintain kidney function during cancer treatment.
£250 provides a vial of Foscavir, commonly used as part of antiviral therapy following a bone marrow transplant.
£500 funds a course of Eto-Gry, a treatment for brain tumours in children.
£1,000 supports the purchase of two units of Xaluprine, a drug primarily used to treat autoimmune diseases and cancers, especially acute lymphocytic leukaemia.
EVERY DONATION COUNTS AND HELPS US SAVE LIVES. THANK YOU!
